Baking Competition 2011

All entry forms to be completed on the day

Entry fee: 75p per class to be paid on the day of the show Certificates awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places. All children will also receive a certificate for taking part.

All entries to be staged by 10.30am. Judging to commence at 10.45am

Class: Aged 16 and Over Classes

1. Victoria Sandwich Cake

2. Victoria Sandwich ingredients;

150g/6oz Butter,
150g/6oz, Caster Sugar,
3 Small Eggs,
150g/6oz Self Raising Flour,
Jam filled (No butter cream)
Sprinkled with Caster Sugar and the cake to be cut in half.

3. X5 Fruit Scones

4. Chocolate Cake

5. X3 Sausage Rolls

6. Quiche Lorraine

Children's Classes

7. Chocolate Rice Crispie Buns (pre- school – under 5 years of age on day of the show)

8. Decorated Buns (ages 5 – under 8 on day of show)

9. Decorated Buns (ages 8 – under 12 on day of show)

10.Decorated Cake (ages 12 – under 16 on day of show)

The judges decision is final.
