Midhopestones Charity Gala

Midhopestones annual charity gala kicks off on Saturday night with live bands in a large marquee complete with bar and BBQ!

The weekend continues with a traditional village gala (free entry) on the Sunday. Browse the stalls, relax with a pint, watch demonstrations from salsa to civil war re-enactments or just sit on the grass and listen to the live music.

Many local and national charities benefit from your attendance at the Gala.......so let's see you this year!

In 1290 Elias de Midhope, Lord of The Manor granted a charter that a market and fair be held on the eve of St Barnabas (11th June) the date may have changed but Elias would be happy to see his tradition carried on in the village.
